Ogun State Waste Management Authority OGWAMA has apologised to its valued household and commercial customers in Abeokuta over the slight distruption in its routine services in recent days.

In a statement signed it’s Public Relations Officer, Rotimi Oduniyi, in Abeokuta on Wednesday, the Authority attributed the development to the unexpected rise in the cost of diesel which affected the services of the Private Sector Participants PSP attached to various households and commercial outlets.

OGWAMA assured that adjustments and normal services has now resumed.

The Authority called for understanding and appealed to the its customers and the general public not to dump their refuse on the roadsides as efforts are on to clear all the backlog of wastes in all affected households and commercial outlets.
