Ogun IPAC Applauds Abiodun Over Commissioners, SAs Appointment


The Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC), Ogun state chapter, yesterday said it’s ready to partner with the state Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun to deliver dividend of democracy to citizens of the state.

This assurance was made in a statement signed by its Chairman, Asiwaju Abdul-Lateef Adesina in Abeokuta, the state capital, applauding the Governor on his recent appointment of Commissioners and Special Advisers.

Adesina described the appointment as a conscious and deliberate demonstration of good leadership quality, argued that the governor is fully ready to serve the people and take the state to the promised land.

The IPAC Chairman maintained that the state is excited that the best brain have been selected to steer the affairs of the state together with the governor.

According to him “Last Friday’s inauguration of 19 Commissioners and 16 Special Advisers is enviable and a sign of new beginning, It is a conscious and deliberate demonstration of good leadership quality embedded in the 6th civilian governor of Ogun state as part of the process to the fulfilment of his electoral promises.

“It is now apparent that His Excellency is fully ready to take the state to the promised land and make it our anticipated eldorado of our dream, just as appointment of these noble men and women of impecable characters couldn’t have come at a better time.”

He added that “Ogun IPAC is ready and ever willing to partner with Dr. Abiodun led government to deliver dividends of democracy to the expectant citizens of our dear state just as he has continuously display consistency in his promise of all-inclusiveness in all the appointments so far made and we urge every one who have laboured for the enthronement of this adminstration to be patient and keep faith, trusting that everyone who has value to add to the development of our dear state would be accommodated at the appropriate time.

“His Excellency has truly selected some of our best hands as Ogun state is star-studded and these appointees no doubt will bring about much expected developments to Ogun and add value to the present administration in all facets of governance.

“We are confident that they will bring about much expected development and desired change for the prosperity of our state,” Adesina concluded.
