The foremost real estate in Ogun State Pelican-brief estate has officially launched a dream estate for the general public named:Pelican-brief ecostay apartment and greenish acres estate” in Ogun State.
The launch of the greenish and ecstasy apartment estate was held on Sunday 11th of September at the site of the estate located in the Kobape area in Ogun State.
The founder and CEO of Pelican -brief estate, Dr Babatunde Adeyemo in his welcome address noted that his commitment to ensuring that people’s comfort comes first made him envision the Pelican Ecostay apartment and Greenish acres so that whoever wants to live in an estate would benefit the full comfort.
He added that the estate is free of government acquisition, which made it more unique and reliable to anyone who wants to attain a life of comfort should make it the best option in Ogun State.
Adeyemo stated further that, a good product doesn’t need an advert, emphasizing that his reputation and integrity in the business of real estate had been the major tools of Pelican-Brief Estates, in which the majority of people had keyed into the vision.
He added that Pelican-Brief Estate remained the first in Ogun state to envisage and implement an estate that had full government documentation, stressing that the estate would have all facilities when completed.
Adeyemo disclosed that the estate would have a special restaurant, Hotels, clubs, market, superstore, surveillance camera, and family space, as well as places to rear animals and more, noting that the estate would be a living by example.
Speaking at the event, HRM Alayeluwa Oba Rotimi Oluseye Mulero who was represented by chief Leke Olakunle commended positive effort of the Pelican-Brief Estate, while praying that the sky is just the beginning for the pelican brief.
He encouraged the youth to emulate good people’s work while narrating that Dr Adeyomo was a man who worked hard and his hands became gold.
