Agemo Festival: Taiwo Shote felicitates with Ijebu people

The candidate,  Federal House of Representatives , Ijebu Central Federal Constituency, Barrister Taiwo Shote has felicitated with the Ijebu people towards the upcoming historical Agemo festival in Akile Ijebu land.
Shote, a founder of Pepe foundation who contested his 2019 ambition under the People’s Democratic Party (PDP),  described Agemo as an unforeseen phenomenon, adding that, Agemo is a high god among the Ijebu people.
He stated this while congratulating the Tami Obanire of Ijebuland, High Chief Oluleke Oludipe and all the 16 Alagemo Chief in the land ahead of this year Agemo festival in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State.
He also used the medium to congratulate Prince Dapo Abiodun, on his recent inauguration ceremony as the Governor of Ogun State.
Shote therefore wish Abiodun a successful and peaceful tenure urging him to render a selfless service to Ogun State people.
He expressed confidence that, Abiodun’s administration would be a better life to the people of Ogun State and Nigeria at large.
He maintained that he owed the Ijebu people a debt of gratitude, he also appreciated them for their support during the just concluded election in Ogun State.
He commended the Awujale and the Paramount Ruler of Ijebuland, Oba Sikiru Adetona,  saying that he had forged a strong love and unity amongst the Ijebu towns.
