Hon Abudu-Balogun said it was timely and deemed it worthy to join other eminent Nigerians in welcoming His Excellency, Distinguished Senator (Dr) Abdullahi Adamu ( CON), Turakin Keffi, the Chairman Senate Committee on Agriculture as the duly elected National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC),  the national Secretary, Sen Iyiola Omisore as well as other national executives elected at the just concluded national convention in Abuja.

The former federal lawmaker noted that the new APC leadership, determined as they were would sustain the winning ways of the APC, and also make it the only formidable platform to win future elections in the country.

Meanwhile, Balogun while acknowledging the founding fathers of APC like Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, Aremo Segun Osoba, Chief Bisi Akande and others also hailed the leadership qualities of Pres Muhammadu Buhari, Gov Dapo Abiodun and other progressive governors for working assiduously to have a successful convention. “Now that the national convention has been successfully held, I wish to implore all party faithful from the national leadership to the ward level, to now go back to our respective communities to work hard for the success of the party in future elections.” Abudu concluded.
